MCR Painting Inc. specializes in residential multi-unit buildings, working across Vancouver Island, and throughout British Columbia and other provinces. Below are some of the projects we have been involved in or currently working on.
Rockyview Place, Cranbrook BC
Rockyview Place consists of four apartment buildings and ten townhome buildings. A total of 292 residential rental units, this entire development was completed in twelve months.
The Perennial, Penticton BC
The Perennial at Skaha Lake, is a total of 166 residential units located at the southern tip of the Okanagan Valley.
Willows Crossing, North Cowichan BC
A three building project in Duncan BC has a total of 196 residential rental units.
Gateway Apartments, Parksville BC
A three building project includes 236 residential units.
The Richmond, North Cowichan BC
A four story building project in Duncan BC consisting of a total of 62 residential units.
Southbend Townhomes, Nanaimo BC
A large townhome complex consisting of 2, 3 and 4 plex’s in 14 buildings.
Tofino BC
A project of two buildings consisting of 76 residential units.
The Northyards II, Squamish BC
A four story building with 1202 sqm of commercial space and 38 residential units.
Seymour Village, Campbell River BC
The first 10 story high-rise apartment building in Campbell River BC, the Crestview Tower (upper picture) is part of a multiple building complex. Crestview Tower has 80 residential units, Crestview Townhomes (middle picture) has 28 units and the Crestview Phase 4 building (lower picture) has 106 residential units.
Thetis Lake, View Royal BC
A BC Housing Project providing 152 residential units in two buildings. Located in the Greater Victoria area.
Timber Terrace, North Cowichan BC
Located in Duncan BC, a four story building offering 112 residential rental apartment units.
East Park, Saanichton BC
A BC Housing Project located on the Saanich Peninsula of Greater Victoria, on Prosser Road offers 90 residential units.
Ledgerwood, Nanaimo BC
This development included 120 residential units in two buildings.
The Lancaster, Esquimalt BC
Located in the Greater Victoria area, this building offers 48 residential units.
300 Government Street, Duncan BC
A six story building consists of 96 residential units.
